Push-Up Challenge

Our friends at Hammor’s House of Fitness are inviting everyone in the community to participate in a push up challenge. What is the prize for participating? Better physique, better health, and a stronger body!

How does the push up challenge work? Start today with 41 push-ups, then add 1 push up per day for as long as you can. The push-ups do not have to be done all at once, they can be spread out through the day 1 by 1.

12/18/2013 – 41 Push-Ups
12/19/2013 – 42 Push-Ups
12/20/2013 – 43 Push-Ups
12/21/2013 – 44 Push-Ups
12/22/2013 – 45 Push-Ups
12/23/2013 – 46 Push-Ups
12/24/2013 – 47 Push-Ups
12/25/2013 – 48 Push-Ups
